Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Profile screen or by emailing us.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the app's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Upload content you do not have the right to store, or that infringes another's rights.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the app without permission.

You own the sneaker details, photos, notes, and documents you add to your account. You grant us a limited license to store, host, and display that content back to you within the app. You can edit or delete your content at any time; deleting your account removes your stored content within 30 days.

KickFolio displays estimated resale values and market information gathered from public sources. Values are estimates, not guarantees, and can change quickly and without notice. KickFolio is a tracking and organization tool — nothing in the app is investment, financial, or legal advice. You alone are responsible for any decision to buy, sell, hold, or insure sneakers, and for any tax consequences of your activity.

Optional Premium subscriptions are billed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix Payments). You are charged according to the plan you select and authorize. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under the relevant app-store or payment-provider policies.

The app references and retrieves data from third-party marketplaces and retailers, hosts and serves advertising through Google AdSense for free users, and uses platform-hosted infrastructure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickFolio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on estimated values, lost data, or interruption of service.

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence to the extent permitted, and any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app.
