This Privacy Policy explains how Kickfolio ("we," "us," or "the app") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile and web application, including our community features known as Culture. By using Kickfolio, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Account information: We collect your email address and other account information you provide when creating or managing your account. We use this information to authenticate you, send security verification codes, maintain your account, and provide app-related communications and notifications.
Profile information: You may choose to provide profile information such as a display name, username, profile photo, bio, or other information made available through your Kickfolio profile. Information you choose to make part of your public profile may be visible to other Kickfolio users.
Private collection and Vault content: You may add information about sneakers you own or track, including brands, models, sizes, purchase information, values, condition information, receipts, photos, documents, and personal notes. Content stored privately in your Vault is associated with your account and is not made visible to other users unless you intentionally choose to share or publish applicable content through a community feature.
Culture and community content: Culture allows users to interact with the Kickfolio community. Depending on the features available, you may choose to publish content such as sneaker photos, posts, captions, comments, replies, reactions, likes, or other community activity.
Content you intentionally publish to Culture is not private and may be visible to other Kickfolio users. Other users may interact with or view that content according to the features and privacy controls available in the app.
We may also collect information associated with reports, blocks, moderation decisions, or other actions necessary to operate and protect the community.
Camera & Photos
Camera — barcode scanning: When you choose to scan a barcode, we access your device camera, at your request, to capture the barcode printed on a sneaker box. The barcode number is used to identify the corresponding sneaker and retrieve available product information such as brand, model, colorway, style code, and release information. Camera access occurs only when you initiate the feature.
Camera and photo library: When you choose to upload or capture a photo, we access your camera or photo library at your request.
Photos attached to your private Vault remain private to your account unless you intentionally choose to publish or share them through a community feature.
Photos you intentionally publish to Culture may be visible to other Kickfolio users.
Culture, User-Generated Content & Moderation
Kickfolio provides community features that allow users to create, publish, and interact with user-generated content.
To maintain a safe and useful community, Kickfolio may use automated systems and/or human review to detect, investigate, moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate our policies, community standards, applicable law, or the rights and safety of others.
Users may be provided tools to report objectionable content or users and to block other users. Information associated with reports, moderation actions, and blocks may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce our rules, prevent repeated violations, maintain platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.
Remember: content posted to Culture should be treated as information you are choosing to share with the Kickfolio community. Do not publish information you want to remain private.
Payments & Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Kickfolio does not collect or store your full payment-card number on our servers.
Our payment provider may provide us limited transaction, subscription, or payment-status information necessary to determine your subscription tier, provide premium features, manage renewals, and process cancellations.
Advertising & Device Identifiers
Users of ad-supported versions of Kickfolio may see advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google advertising services.
Advertising providers and their technologies may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, ad impressions, interactions, and related information for purposes such as delivering advertisements, measuring performance, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization.
Your ability to control personalized advertising depends on your device, operating system, geographic location, consent choices, and applicable law.

We may use analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting technologies to understand how Kickfolio is used, measure feature performance, diagnose crashes and technical problems, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Depending on the services enabled, this information may include device information, app version, operating system, session information, feature interactions, crash information, approximate technical information such as IP address, and other diagnostic data.
We do not sell your personal information.
